That was actually a typo. I meant to say “does” not “doesn’t”. But Rocky’s reply was helpful nonetheless

Actually, let me straighten this out: Rocky says that she doesn’t look like the pics. I want more information. I assume that when he says she doesn’t look like the pics, he means in a bad way and that she’s much less attractive in person. That’s what I wanted to inquire about with him. Maybe I didn’t phrase it right but that’s what I tried. And his response was useful.
