CNC is surprisingly popular with women too. I wouldn't say it's one of my top kinks but the number of women I've been with who have wanted to introduce it after trust has been built is quite high.
I would say it's more to do with peer pressure. Their clicks may talk about "extreme" sex and they are compelled to try. It doesn't mean they'll continue or like it. Similarly,.
