After I walked out, she slammed the door shut. This was a first for me and hopefully a last of such an experience.

Wow, first time I heard of that attitude from an SP.
Brentwood is an upcoming area but not as popular as Metrotown, Vancouver or Richmond but I had no issues with it either.
Save me a trip as I still see her on the website.

Never had issues with XDS. I provided this feedback and they were very understanding. They had had mixed feedback on her. I guess, the fact that she's gone from the website means that they got more such feedback. I felt sorry that they had to deal with this attitude all day (my experience was a short 45 minutes).
