Been to this new place a few times within the last month. Usually lots of free street parking and discreet entry; front door is locked though so they have to let you in. There's no shower here so that is too bad, but otherwise the girls and service are pretty decent:
Samantha: A large girl but makes up for it with enthusiastic service.
Emma: New to the city, nice very small perky tits. Girl next door vibes.
Niya: College student. Somewhat lackluster service.
I won't go into what services are offered because it depends on what you're willing to tip but basic tip starts at $100 and goes up from there.

So what “minimum” extra services are included for the “minimum” $100 tip? Please tell me that’s more than just a basic happy ending. Does the minimum at least include a nude / topless massage w H/E?

Ive gone here 2 times since they’ve opened. Meet Sam and Niya.
Both were for 90 min massages plus “extras”

Sam - Probably one of the worst I’ve ever had.
Massage was very “mid”. She kept using her phone and stopping ect. Also left me outside waiting for 15 mins due to her being “Busy” but smelled like marijuana strongly. Will not be seeing her again.

Niya - Might be a bit of a biased because he seen her before she worked here.
Best massage I’ve had so far. I would think she’s trained? I know it’s mentioned she was a college student? But I know she has a day job somewhere as when she did outcalls for me it would always depend on her work schedule.
Extras - at the spa I did HE. About pretty decent. She try’s to cater to what you like. (Wetness grip ect)
For her outcalls I had FS and that and her massages are the reasons I keep seeing her.

Am hoping to see Emma soon and will not be supporting Ella at all due to her past.

Congratulations, you just singled handledly ruined the reputation of this agency before it ever really got off the ground. This whole callused attitude that some agencies seem to have that eludes to “you need me more than I need you” is a recipe for imminent failure. If I want mediocre service with a poor attitude I’ll just go to a jack shack…

Ella seems to be back. Niya’s HJ was one of the worst I’ve ever had, I didn’t even finish. She wouldn’t even participate in convo of what she’s taking in school, kinda strange honestly

Interesting did you ask her or give her tips of what you liked? She customized to me and has always been good once she knew how I liked it. Privacy wise I can see her not talking about what she’s in school for. I offered to come to her work as well to be a client and she denied that request as well due to “Confidentiality” and “Conflict of interests”.
