It's fake. You can just do a reverse image search and it lets you know.. These same pics show up on a bunch of classifieds all over North America.. So someone's using stolen pics.

Slow the process down, use the big head and be very skeptical until you get a few under your belt so you don't get ripped off or worse.
There is also a classic work of art to search for on how to detect questionable ads.
Suggest you search for it.
