I guess you're paying for youth.
You're either experienced and have been around the block a few too many times,
Or,
Young, inexperienced and figuring everything out.
You're not going to find much inbetween. Some people prefer the former, some the latter.
A lot of the Indies out there advertising themselves as 22-25 are 30ish and been in the industry like 10 years. That's some pretty high mileage when doing this as a job, and I can totally understand why some providers just don't really have the enthusiasm for their job by that point.
