Just ask your favourite SP if she's willing to do this. It would probably not rank high on their weird requests. But as someone else said on another thread, if you get extras don't broadcoast them because others may expect the same, even though it was a special bonus for you.
I definitely would go to a topless woman barber but I can see this easily sliding into guys pushing for more. But I also like bigger natural tits and those baby's need support!

I can see many women being opposed to offering this service, from a standpoint of having another persons loose or cut hairs sticking to the ladies body.
It is one thing to be in contact with another persons hair while attached to that persons body vs. loose renegades finding their way to places the women just do not want them.

I've heard many housekeepers will do that service if asked..
Had a friend who had his housekeeper, transition to cleaning in the nude. Eventually it progressed to him assisting her to clean the shower..

The progression might be time consuming, so quicker to ask an SP.
Not sure too many SPs would be willing to do the house keeping though.
