Ad looks like she is selling content, meeting in person unlikely.
Did you ever notice how so many reputable SP's state in their ads that anyone using text apps will be blocked? There's a reason, it usually means there's some kind of scam artist on the other end of the number. Now you have an SP who's using a text app. I'll leave the conclusion of this statement up to your imagination.
I used a text app for multiple years, and know other legit providers who do the same! Agreed it is an 'approach-with-caution' sign though, if the SP isn't otherwise reputable (and nothing about this ad strikes me as legit)
