Patients still had to pre register for those services. This isn't any different from going to a permanent clinic, it just happens to be mobile. They provided abortifacient pills, not surgical abortions, at an event where thousands of people would be traveling from states where abortion access has been restricted. They weren't even affiliated with the DNC, but if they were I think the visibility would be a good thing for them

The whole "individual state by state" argument is a blatant GOP/christofascist lie.
A woman in Texas can go out of state and get an abortion where it is allowed.
But Texas can prosecute her when she returns, even though the abortion was out of state.
AND they can prosecute anyone who helped her.

That is why it has to be legislated at the federal level, so loonies like Scott and DeSantis can't trample others.
