I don't know why the left is so focused on LGBT stuff. I mean most of us are pretty occupied by taking care of ourselves and our money. Ask anyone what they take of most of the time its my health and money. When was the last time you really cared whether your neighbor or co worker had sex with someone from the same sex. They focus on hocus pocus stuff like transgender sex change for minor. Really? My Lord, I think half of this country is more than crazy.
And what is up with this pronoun bullshit, I identify as he/she. Come one man. Its all about the Benjamins in your wallet.

The right is focused on (more accurately obsessed with) LGBT stuff. Just like they are obsessed with preventing women from making their own reproductive choices. (Your body. JD Vance's choice.)

The left is really just reacting to the bullying and weirdness. When you have Republicans and Poilievre calling for bathroom police, the unweird need to push back.

The question you really should be asking is why the right hates everyone who isn't white, Christian and male.

culture wars are a "conservative" weapon. demonize whatever small helpless population necessary to blind the masses so that the dismantling of the administrative state can proceed and Oligarchy, Minoritarianism and Laissez-faire economics can prevail. its essentially attempting to destroy a Mixed economy by stripping out any rights that citizens have to enjoy the fruits of a nations wealth if they aren't a member of the private ownership class.

the blind masses would never go along with the plan that wealth be further concentrated into fewer pockets. so attack gay people! attack illegal immigrants! demonize some other small and powerless group and claim the end of civilization is near.

granted, the abortion issue is not attacking a small and powerless group. that was a fight that "conservatives" were never supposed to win. even Trump has claimed so.

He even suggested that he will somehow terminate the constitution. And for some who agrees with him are even crazier than him. Make no mistake, if he wins in November he’ll be president for life bcos the jail is waiting for him. But he is not going to win and you can take that to the bank.
