orchid spa langley confusing ads! help!

Hey all

This is my first time trying this so a bit paranoid. I was looking into booking with Sarah from Orchid Langley

I see one ad which mentions Sarah from 5 days ago with the ad mentioning the place as Orchid Spa with the address

but today I saw another ad with Sarah mentioned but it doesn't say Orchid Spa

BUT both these ads are shown under the heading of "more ads by the same user"

so is the same user posting ads for different spas or something, what's going on?

The numbers don't match either.

I am worried LL is messing up something and someone is just copying the orchid ads and reposting them with a different number maybe?

Best thing to do is text Orchid and ask who is working and they will send you the line up. I would recommend text because sometimes whoever answers the phone has a thick accent.
