Just look up the Massage section on Leolist, and filter for North Shore. You can find the Lily's Spa post each day for who's working. Other than that, I don't think there are other sites.
That's fair. As I've never been into a massage parlor, and generally try and stick to independent workers, what are the dos and donts at these places? Is this more of a thing where you pay a fee and then leave it up to you and the provider at an uncharge per add on?
Usually you paid it together at the end. Prices are somewhat negotiable depending on the spa, but at Lily's it's really only a $20 difference, the prices are pretty standard at $260/hr. The services you get will vary depending on the provider, so do some research to get some context.

I saw her last year in Surrey. It was $600 for 2 hrs. There are complaints that she is a clock watcher by another reviewer. I respect that in a provider who also has to allocate time for the next client. She typically books up fast, and so you don't want to be the client who's forgotten because of someone overstaying his welcome. In my case she goes to me, "No pressure, but we have a little over half an hour left and i think weve taken enough of a break if youre down for another round and have time for a shower" This was when I booked for two hours and we had already gone 2 rounds up until that point. I don't see that as a problem to give a friendly reminder like that.
