There are no any quality providers south of the fraser or even in Burnaby. In Vancouver they are all in the DT. Been looking for the one myself but in vain. The quality that you have in the DT is unmatched. The reviews of the ones outside of Vancouver/DT are mostly bad.
This is actually blessing in disguise for me since I don’t get to spend more and only see the high quality ones in DT when I venture out there once in a while.
