Contacted her today and asked about some of her services. Got back to me quickly in a courteous email about what I wanted and she suggested some possible times. I replied, as I always do, mentioning the services I like which are pretty simple, and that I could not do today but could do tomorrow. Never heard back after 8 hrs.

No she most definitely is not. Her clit is big which would be a sign of being a trans boy but I am quite sure she is a natural woman.
