So the big bag of air goes down in flames and Zeppelin Co says:
Screw it! We will never build those damn airships again.
Before WWII, during WWII, and after WWII ... and for the rest of the 20th century ... phone calls come into Zeppelin and go like this:
Potential client: Can you build us an airship?
Zeppelin: We got outta' da' business. Scram!
Potential client: Can you build us an airship?
Zeppelin: We got outta' da' business. Scram!
Potential client: Can you build us an airship?
Zeppelin: We got outta' da' business. Scram!
Potential client: Can you build us an airship?

Finally, in the 21st century Zeppelin throws in the towel and says:
Fuck it ! Let's start building airships again.
