Any places nearby Richmond Automall?

Hey I'm going to be nearby the automall shortly the one near Westminster and Sidaway.

Anyone know of any good places within walking distance? I know Riza's is relatively nearby but having to cross over the overpass in the bike lane felt a bit too unsafe and the alternative walking routes there makes it like an hour walk. I know blossoms is still like a 30 min walk but wondering if there are anything similar or closer than that.

Not much that in know of within walking distance. Debra 0033 is not too far from there.

Debra's ad says she's around No. 4 Road which is quite far from the Automall. Probably similar distance is the AMP near Ikea which has been there for eons.

$10 Uber opens up a lot of options bw No4 and Garden City off of Westminster. Would be an hour walk as well.
