USPA , but only a few do, Candy is a good option. Ask the front guy for happy ending lady to avoid double pay when needing a diff lady that does HJ.

I've been to USpa twice now, and received HE the 2nd visit.
1st visit
younger girl (30s?), zero.english, gave a great hard massage and a nice gouch rub prior to flip. After flip, great inner thigh and ball massage for the last 30 minutes but no finish. Ended up popping into SL for 30mins just to bust a nut. $140/2 sessions at USpa + $160/30 at SL. $300 Total.
2nd visit
older girl (aunty), passable english, great massage, same deal as 1st, but then motioned to massage my groin area and finished with a great 10 min upper pubic rub/extended hand release. When she motioned to massage my pubic area, I said "Sure" and she just ripped the towel off and threw it on the floor 🤣 fine by me!
$70/50min x 2 =$140
HE was an extra $60 for a total of $200/1hr40min
Both visits, they kept jr covered with the towel after the flip but I was full maste the entire time.
Didn't catch either of their names, sorry.
Not a bad deal, but for $200 I coulda went to SL for 45(including tip).
P.s 2nd gal seemed to be enjoying herself after the flip. I usually just lie there with my eyes closed enjoying the sensations but every once and a while I'd peak a glance up and she had a big grin on her face, especially once she took the towel off for the HE. I think it will be relatively difficult at King Feet.
I went there and each room has sliding doors have windows on them. The windows are shaded except at the very top, where someone could peep through.

1st Session is a standard massage without oil through a sheet
2nd session they bring out the oil and halfway through the session turns to tease, flip and he.
