Can someone suggest any real SP. I am looking on LL but can’t find any most of them are fakes

That's the whole point of this board... have a browse through the reviews and see who has good reviews and catches your attention 
Use the advertisers section here on Perb, all of the ladies there are legit and most will have reviews.
If you're looking on LL make sure you use reverse image searches and do some research as you're correct that a lot of those profiles are scams.
Stay away from advertisers that are on OhMy unless you are looking for absolute bargain basement rates and don't value your health or safety.
If someone's on OhMy, just make sure they're on more reputable sites too. (I'm on OhMy, as visibility is always helpful, and I'm legit lol)
