funny you ask as I was literally just thinking the same thing. I’ve had bad experiences in the past so I’m hesitant to TOFFT.
That's never a good sign... I have never and would never send a deposit most reputable sps never ask for this. I get there is alot of time wasters but it happens on both sides.
