A place like 5281 (search it on LL or on here) in North Van meets that definition, particularly on certain days (Abby, Melody, Stella, Casey). Good massage, nice clean setting, nice finish with some interactivity if you want.

Keep in mind that 'half service', as defined in the Urban Dictionary, means a blowjob, whereas the OP is clearly - 'happy ending - ol' rub 'n tug' - only interested in a HANDJOB.

I know for certain at least 2 of the girls at Skyline only offer a handy. Didn't realize there was a huge difference between the term half service and a happy ending. I thought massages could end happily manually, orally, etc... just as long as I finish I'm happy!!!

The trouble with booking a FS girl or half service girl for a handjob is you are paying for their time not the service. They don't care what you want as long as it is not more than they offer. So you end up paying more than necessary for what you're after.
