Maria is still there almost everyday. She gives a great firm massage and hand release, if you are a repeat customers there is a better chance of more teasing during the lower body section of the massage if that's what you're looking for. I have tried quite a few of the women that work there over the past few years. Most of them will give you a really good massage and a basic HE. There are a few that will offer more (topless, nude etc.) after a few visits. Note that most of them are over 40 and are not lookers but are quite personable. My gotos these days are Debbie and Vivian.

i saw Coco the last time I was there as my regulars were not available. Coco is a middle aged woman (40's-50's) who does not speak a lick of English so it is difficult to communicate with her. She is unremarkably average looking and gives a decent(not great) massage. Service was ok, she will go topless. She seems nice enough but not worth a repeat, IMO!
Honestly, Windsor Spa is pretty unremarkable if you are looking for curves/boobs. You'll get a decent/good massage from some pleasant middle aged (40+) women but you will be disappointed if you go there for looks or bodies.
Helen to me is good looking but she won’t let anything happen beyond HJ. Heard there’s a young one at least twice a week there but not sure if anything beyond HJ either.

I can confirm as well. Cici has an amazing rack and ass for someone her size. Just a topless HK though. But I find her massage really good as well. Annie is the best massage in my opinion
Base rate for a massage is $60/70/80 for 30/45/60 minutes but if you go there before 2:00pm, it is $30/45/60 till the end of April. Naturally, the tip is extra.
