I texted them in November on a Thursday about if they had appointments that afternoon, they responded on Sunday asking "How can I help you?"

Texted them this Tuesday about appointments this week, no response.

Not sure if they are so busy they can't respond, or they just don't want new clients...

That's because they are pretty busy whenever Riya works and she is available Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (10am-5pm).
They are off for now
