booking with the same as pretty much anyone else. Just phone or text one of the numbers on the ad. They seem to be pretty selective on letting new people in. if you haven’t booked with them before they probably won’t reply, unless they have openings for new clients, then they will probably get you to message them from your account on here. Once you’ve gotten in you’re usually good. I’m not in Winnipeg often, but I can usually get an appointment with them when I am in the city and want one, and there has sometimes been 6-8 months since the last one.
There have also been plenty of threads on this topic that could have been searched up.

You aren't going to be able to book with them is the short answer. You joined PERB yesterday.VIP won't book you when you are that new and have no reviews.
I've told guys this at least a dozen times, if you want in as an unknown caller you have to be willing to go when no one else wants to. A verified member will get priority over you every day of the week. So, if your plan was to settle in with, let's say Winter, she's here now, for a couple of hours on New Years Eve, say 7 to 9 pm, Forget it you're dreaming. The first time I got in was on a Wednesday at 2 pm when it was minus 30 and snowing out. Pick an unpopular day and time, you don't care who you see. All you're trying to do is get your foot in the door. After that, be a good customer. Polite, clean, well manicured, on time. When you earn a good reputation with them you'll get better times and can be picky about who you want to see.

Same as reviewer above. Don’t message first day girl is in town. Usually the first week is booked solid by regulars.
second week on - wait during weekdays ( weekend again no no ). Message /call ( and maybe persistently ) during office hours 9-5 when you don’t expect regulars to partake.
it should be relatively easy then. The fact vipotg spends $$$ to advertise on leolist is proof enough they have openings. You just need to target the times they are likely to be vacant
