As is the same ,except location details , as the new spa in guilford area Lei’s . Limited info as of yet , seems like there may be a new player in the game
At the end of their ad.....it does say " You will be happy you came " so.........chances are good at least for a HE.
But look at the pictures of the rooms.........there are a few that show only a curtain separating the person getting the massage and everyone else.........
But looking at the location.....I can already see that parking will be a headache..........unless you are ok with parking on the curb and paying.
If anyone takes one for the team, please let us know if there are showers. That for me is very important.

I went about 6 months ago when I saw an ad online. Can't remember if it was on Kijiji or CL. There is one private room and the rest are separated only by curtains, as guitar_pic mentioned. The massage was done by the manager lady. I asked about HE on the phone and she said to just come and try first. During massage I asked about HE again and she said she doesn't do it. After the massage she kept complimenting me on my looks and told me she'd "have another girl for me next time". I assumed that since I asked about HE twice, she knew that was what I was looking for. I went back to see the "other girl" and she was even more restrictive and there was definitely no chance of HE. I didn't bother to go again. However, I did notice the new ad on LL and sent a couple of texts asking for more details, but the answers were unintelligible. I would think there may be more options now if they're advertising on LL and mentioning "you'll be happy you came", but who knows. FYI, there was no shower. There was a reasonable amount of parking out back, but that could change if the restaurants in the complex are busy.
That's unfortunate that you tried it twice and came out "unhappy" lol. How was the massage at least?
How were both ladies look-wise? If business is not good and they are now ok with HE, then it would be nice to know. Do you remember their names?
I wonder why they would pick LL as their advertising vehicle, it’s not the type of place I’d go to look for a legit massage place . Just my 2 cents worth

The manager lady gave a decent massage but nothing special. She started the massage the 2nd time as well, because the "other girl" was late. I'm thinking the manager's name was Judy?? but can't remember for sure. I don't think her looks were overly memorable either in a good or bad way. The other lady wore a mask the whole time and was very conservative about the massage, including only doing face down and never asking to flip.
I didn't think they'd be able to survive as a business w/o offering HE. I would suspect they've come to the same conclusion and are now offering it and thus are advertising on LL.

Went in to inquiry. 2 ladies at the desk, one with mask and one without. Nothing stood out looks wise. The general area was massage areas with curtains.
There were 2 old Chinese men, seemed to be individual customers, standing between the desk and the window like they were waiting for someone to pick them up. There was a cigaretted killed in a cup of water.
This place is confusing, I could be wrong. Seems to be for HE but also not. Based on the difficultly to get HE and the quality of talent, I would look elsewhere if you're there for HE and more. This place might very well be for only massage and the HE only if you are a strong regular.
