I know there are others but these are the women that pop to mind when I think of great DFK sessions, that are still in town or are coming back. Song and Sydney from XDS could be considered as well, and Elin at DN as she’s coming back too.

If you don't mind the massage parlor scene I recommend Mia at 606 W. Broadway. I saw her again yesterday for my 2nd repeat since I first saw her 2 months ago. Main reason for repeating is for DFK. I love it and apparently so does she. We must've played tonsil hockey for half of the one hour session. She's a cute Japanese girl maybe 30 with a bubbly personality and great smile. English is good. There's something about her the way she'll pause, pull her head back a bit, passionately gaze into your eyes then come back down for more.

Broadway Spa did have a rep in not so recent times for being full of aunties. From my recent experience that no longer seems to be the case. The 2nd time I went there I had prebooked Mia. I was greeted by Yuki when I arrived. She's advertised as Japanese and looked to be 30ish. Yesterday I was a walk-in. I was greeted by Mary who may be mid 30s. I was going to go with her but out of curiosity asked if Mia was there. She was so the switch was made. On the way out I saw another Asian lady sitting on a bed. I didn't stop to ask her name. She also looked 30something. It seems their days as an auntie shop seem to be over. Their ads can be a little confusing as they are often a combination of Broadway Spa and Rainbow Spa or Broadway Spa and Rose's Spa. Seems all 3 might be part of the same group.

What's the contacts for 606 W Broadway?

When she came out , the word grandmother would have been laudatory , because she falls into the great grandmother category. This women looked 75 on a good day .

As far as 606 w Broadway I took a chance one night last winter for HS out of convenience and ended up w a mid 30 something I would never swipe right on IRL
Once in the room she removed her top to reveal a previously well hidden huge gut . Like she swallowed a beach ball .
Proceeded to attempt to give me the most lacklustre attempt at a HJ I’d ever experienced in my life , including several virgins in high school .
I had booked for 30 minutes . At the 7
Minute mark mamasan was pounding at the door saying time was up .

After reading your comment I looked them all up and noticed them advertising as new management, I believe that about as far as I can throw the manager .

I understand your skepticism based on the limited reviews over recent years. AMPs constantly advertise "New management" to the point nobody believes it. I'd seen many ads for 606 and Rainbow over the years but the recent ones that seem to tie those two places and Rose's together is something new. I've never been to Rainbow on Duchess so can't comment either on past or recent times, good or bad. I do know they've been in that location for several years with very few reviews in the past 4 or 5 years and at best mixed results. I don't know when these 3 places came under advertised "new management" but maybe your experiences last winter and mine this summer and fall are a case of that was then and this is now?

Only reason I tried it in August was because I was relying on Skytrain and didn't feel like hoofing it up Cambie to Dragon. No time like the present to save a bunch of steps and see it things were different under "new management". So I'm only speaking to my experiences since early August of this year. On that first visit in a few years I opted for Mia a tall slender Japanese probably in the 27-32 range. Had my giving it a shot back in early August produced what you're talking about I would have written the place off for good. I've come back to see her 3 more times.

As for Rose's I took a chance last weekend. Never had been there before. I had time to kill and was tossing a coin between going back to 606, walking up Cambie to Sole or Dragon or trying Rose's for the first time to see if it might warrant future visits. I rolled the dice on Rose's and wasn't disappointed. The "mamasan" was a cute little Asian, obviously Canadian born based on her perfect English. Long after I was back on Skytrain I was wondering if she might occasionally do more than just direct traffic there. The first of 2 options the mamasan offered was an Asian by name of Sarah. Looked to be 40ish with a nice enough body that I'd stay if option 2 wasn't to my liking. Option 2 turned out to be Rubi, a nicely shaped tall Mexican lady probably 30-35. Excellent English with nice C's (I think enhanced, but with a natural feel) and long nips. I chose her. We got into some nice DFK before I even took my pre-session rinse. We picked up where we left off with the DFK on after she returned to start things off. Enjoyable session with a lady who was anything but an auntie or granny.

Maybe you simply had bad luck of the draw in your visits and I had good luck of the draw but when I'm next in Van I'll be keeping an eye on the ads to see who is still working there and happy to see Mia or Rubi again or failing that check out the lineup.

I may not have worded that well. The session I had there were with Mexican Rubi, not the mamasan. She provided DFK, DATY, CBJ. I can confirm Rubi is legitimately Mexican as she was very familiar with the area I go to down there right down to one of the restaurants I walk past every day. The term mamasan doesn't really fit the lady who was hosting that day. When I think mamasan I think some older Asian lady anywhere from 40 to 70. The girl there was petit and may still be in her 20s.

I saw Rubi at Rose's 49 E Broadway. Taller than most. Shorter hair as in not down to shoulders. Very good English so easy to carry on a conversation.
