Starting to plan for my birthday, and planning on staying at a nice hotel and having a train of ladies visit me between exhausted naps and room service.

Can anyone tell me which hotels downtown have keyless elevators? It'd be nice to have everything and everyone come directly up to my room.

Most of nice hotels have key card elevators. Only those aged or lower tier hotels don't. Security is one of the top priority for high end facilities I believe.

Westin Bayshore, Hyatt Regency and Hilton don't have key card elevators as far as I remember.

PS. sound like a good birthday plan!

Any one remember of the Hotel le Soleil needs keycard access for their elevators?

I mean in theory I could ask the concierge to escort them to my room....

It has been awhile but the Century Plaza on Burrard, The Sutton and the Hyatt did not require key cards a few years ago. Covid might have changed all that.
The Sutton, doesn’t require keycard access. More options are Pinnacle Harbourfront and Exchange Hotel, both didn’t require keycard access last time I stayed.

Not high end -- by any means -- and not strictly on topic but
in my travels I noted the old 401 hotel has been redone and rebranded as a Coast Hotel.
