1 Invest in a basic how to speak Japanese program of some kind. . I’m terrible at languages and I learned the basics quite quickly . After 72 hrs of being there it starts to feel second nature.

You don't need to learn much Japanese, there's a lot of signage in English and all of the websites allow English bookings. Contrary to what White Ninja says, lots of people speak at least a little english, but do the following and it won't matter:

When you land, pick up a portable wifi router, 3 or 4 bucks a day and you have wifi everywhere you go. Get a decent translation app on your phone, even google translate works fine. You say what you want in English, it translates it and says it out loud to the person. Also point the camera at a sign or menu for instant translation. Spent a few weeks there and had no problems at all. Was with family and didn't get to play much, but did slip out for some shows in Shinjuku. Don't get sucked in by the touts, do the homework before you go.

Eccie.net has some Japan reviews. There are several agencies and soaplands that cater to foreigners. BJs are easy to get, sometimes FS is problematic due to the laws, but some ladies will do it for the right price.

Actually, the individual "shop" doesn't have shower facility, but someone is smart enough to open a shower/bath "shop" in the area so people can take a bath/shower after the deed (with payment of course).

For me, I just asked for booking for X date and they replied back with the format of the info they need (date, time, girl, package, etc).
