Anyone have any advice? Ivory from 1122 seemed like a perfect fit but unfortunately this would be my first go and they need a reference so I'm SOL there. Would appreciate any input for someone similar to Ivory. Thx guys

Although I am confused.1122 does not accept any other form of screening beside a reference?
Because almost all reputable providers/agencies will need ID/reference.

No problem. Also, at this point verified means pretty much nothing on LL. So, do your own due diligence.
