Wondering if somebody knows how BOA is with cancelling an appointment? I wanna book something in advance but I'm not quite 100% sure right now that I can do it

Myself, I would not book unless I was sure I could make it. Accidents happen for sure but I find it annoying when somebody makes a plan based on unreliable circumstances.
I have cancelled gave them a fair amount of notice as much as i possibly could & they were all fine about it no issues what so ever . It probably happens far more often than you would think
I canceled the same day due to a car accident closing the highway and they were fine with it no issues.
