recommendations for a patient and encouraging provider

This is a long shot, but Im looking for a provider that would cater to someone with some mobility issues.

I’m slowly recovering from an accident which has left me with some lingering mobility issues. I’m on still on crutches, and am not yet back to my physical prime. I’ve not been able to engage in this most enjoyable pastime, amongst others, and to be honest, am just losing my mojo. I’m missing physical connection and my libido has taken a significant hit. I’m nervous about under performing and underwhelming in my current state and looking to re-engage with someone patient enough to encourage me out of this slump.

Any recommendations for a caring provider that could help nurse back my sexual health, despite some flaws would be appreciated.
