This ass-wipe got off lucky. I don't understand the ruling of it not being rape.

Uh, it states in the article:


" The law in The Netherlands does not cover penetration without a condom where consent had already been given for the penetration itself. "


Just because hundreds or thousands of people keep reciting the same perception does not make it a law until it is formally enacted within the country where the encounter took place.

Yes, still don't understand the logic. If a woman (or man) agrees to penetration with a condom, it's still a violation of that agreement to remove the condom. Law needs to change.
