Deep tissue like, massage options these days

Working out regularly has got more muscles f'd up than I care to admit. I just recently went to a legit RMT and the treatment was not really great and easily more money than most HE places.

My text to Nelly went unanswered so I am guessing she's out of town, or retired by now. Even then, here massage is a little harsh some times. I guess she knows my tolerance for pain. that and I don't particularly like to get a HR from her. The only other place I know is Amy's that sort of comes close. Nina is okay but not quite deep enough for what I am looking for.

Anyway so I'm wondering who you would consider who does a deeper type massage. HR is nice but doesn't even have to be an option. Mature providers okay.

Jenny at Jenny's used to get some good reviews for a good massage. Not sure how often she works now. Evanka at Jenny's has worked at legit place before. Most places in Langley are more play massage from my experiences.

I tried sweet-talking her into doing a session, but she turned me down.
