Frozen pizzas from grocery store: are any worth buying?

I was just curious about these. I haven't bought a frozen pizza since I was in college. Are any of the current options out there worth getting here in Vancouver?

I recently enjoyed a take home and bake pizza from Urban Fare, but it probably doesn't fall in this category because it was made from Hawksworth Restaurant and then sealed in plastic for you to take home and cook. It was not frozen.

I haven't dabbled in the frozen take home pizza options in a long time, but from what I remember, you are always better off ordering it. I just wanted to see if I'm wrong here or if there are any good options in the grocery store these days.

I never buy any myself.
A friend buys Dr Oekter (spelling?) and says they are acceptable.
President’s Choice were good years ago. Don’t know about now.

I haven't had a frozen pizza is about 30 years, once you have any kind of bank account, you spend the money for something fresh, even if it's cheap like Dominos or Little Caesars.
If you're an Old Age Pensioner who also happens to be a pizza slut, then any frozen grocery store pie is ok.
Unless it has pineapple. Fuck that shit. Even sluts have our limits.

I love a good pizza from Spenst Bros. Made with a flaky thin crust, and good amount of toppings. Plus it's a local creation (Manitoba), so how can you go wrong?

During the pandemic (is it over yet?), I saw $4.99 frozen pizza from Shoppers Drug Mart when I went to grab something else.

Can't remember the brand name but I did picked up a few and had them late night.

Not going to say the best pizza but it sure was much better than (and cheaper) late night McDonald Uber delivery 🤣

Dr Oetker Ristorante's are on sale for 3 bucks at several of the chains. I like the quattro formaggi.

7-11 has pizza? Gross!
You are better off eating the cardboard that it comes with, horrible shit pizza🤮

Costco‘s Kirkland frozen cheese pizza is great, the crust is perfect as well as the sauce and cheese, I use it as a base for my own pizza by loading it up with pepperonI, any sausage, peppers onions and olives, feta cheese. 15 mins at 450 Yum😋

There’s a place called Archie’s out of Starbuck, MB. Limited availability in Winnipeg but super good pizza, especially if you like thin crust. I like it much better then many of the cheap pizza delivery companies.
