I can't seem to find it but there used to be a review of her. Yes she is real, but she has literally been using those same 2 pictures for 10 years and that is not an exaggeration. Like she literally used those pictures on craigslist when craigslist was still a thing. I have never personally seen her, but i remember the review that used to be here for her and it was negative. Negative in the sense that she was very unattractive and overweight, like heavier than she looks in the pics by quite a large margin. Again though this is second hand information from a review that used to be on this board about her and it's been a long time since I have seen that review so my memory may not be perfect about it, but I do know for certain the review was negative.
