same message in multiple ads

Can someone please explain to me how there are multiple ads that seem to use the same exact wording to describe services? There are a couple examples of these, but here is one https://www.leolist.cc/personals/fe...ywetpussygirllegitskilled-7434349?source=list

I have read that exact same working in the description in at least two other ads with a completely different girl.

either they are fake ads with different names and pics or different girls copying other girls content for there own ads

Look at the bottom of the add, all posted from the same account, same description different pictures, 110% fake don't contact
