She may be real, as you hung out with her before she did this, but...what is she like now? She may be a real person, but is she reputable? Should she be avoided? Good/bad/meh?

She is real, the only thing I don't like is the fact that she will see you even though she has a cold. I couldn't believe it when I met her the last time. She was coughing up phlegm and sniffing, and could see her nose was kind of red, she says it's not covid but I asked if she had a cold. and she said "no it's just allergies" I ended the session midway cause it had everything I saw that a cold entails. Other than that experience, I have seen her a few times before that when she was all good. But I don't want to see her or any sp if they have cold-like symptoms.
