Anyone have any luck visiting this spa? Searched for some reviews but haven’t seen anything that’s too recent. The photos they use on leolist look legit enough and you can tell the rooms have showers judging from the photos. If you have any ladies you recommend please let me know.

Man, I really wanted this place to be better, but I struggle to recommend it. The pics look real, but i have seen three of them and i would not recommend setting your expectations based on the pics. So far, they have all been older aunties, and very "ok" bodies.
Tough part for me was the service was very YMMV with no forewarning. Generally, expect no massage, a cbj and pretty unenthusiastic fs.
It is close to me and easy to access though. The manager is great too. I am hoping to find a younger girl in the mix at some point, and, if i do, ill let you know.
But id prob suggest heading over to Tiger on Main or Dragon Spa on Cambie instead.

Yea I haven't been to that location in some months (I'm on hiatus from the hobby but still check the forum from time to time). Frankly, it's a better than average but this: "expect no massage, a cbj and pretty unenthusiastic fs" is most often the case. I can say it's better than some of the other locations I've been too where they try to get you out in 10min.
Small update. On Fridays, there is a lady named "angle". She apparently also goes by emily sometimes. Older lady but great body - tight abs, fake boobs, clean pussy. Had a good time with her and would repeat and recommend.
Definitely auntie age. I can never really estimate age well, but i'd guess 40's or higher.
Session was straight forward. Just a quick 30min visit. No massage and straight to the deed. A little pecking, but no DFK. Decent cbj and then the main event. Finished on her body.
