Is it just me who is frustrated with most agencies having a very narrow demographic of girls? 20-30 years old and slim to average. I wish there was an agency who has a better variety. Older women 50+, bbw/curvy, different races. It seems to me that there is just a very narrow selection. Am I the only one who feels this?

I tend to agree. I too like to see the ladies that have a little more experience, not only in the services they provide but also able to carry on a good conversation that doesn't have the word "LIKE" 3 times in every sentence.

I have never been a fan of agencies, I prefer the ladies between 35 to 55. So in Victoria its the independent.... and in Nanaimo the independents and sometimes BOA...

I think that might of been Koto(Asian roots) at SU. Not sure if she's still there? I agree with Victorian_Gentleman about BIA. I think they also have some curvy sp's & at least one is BBW. Also has some sp's of mixed race. At the moment, they are still going by Black Orchid. Yeah, they used to be in Victoria, I was sorry to see them go-still am. They're a great agency!
Unfortunately you’re not going to find a lot of “Milf” , or “Cougar “ 35+ Aged providers at agencies especially in Victoria, it costs too much to live here to hand over that much of a cut of our business , agencies here are a good way to see if you have what it takes to really become a professional but as you can see once most ladies get established clients & understand the ways of a biz they go indy . Victoria is a fairly safe place to work so working on your own here doesn’t pose as many risks as bigger cities . You find the occasional condo where multiple ladies work calling themselves an agency but there’s no one running the show , just fighting over working space or drama so that gets very old , especially for the more established ladies . Unfortunately you need to support the indy scene if you like variations 🙂
