Personally, I head to Kelowna as the selection is better there IMO. On how to do homework, the best tool is here using the search functionality. Search for name and last 4 digits of phone number. If you don't find reviews here, try other forums (which I think rules here prevent me from mentioning, not sure about that though). I typically won't see someone unless they have been reviewed postively. Too many scams and misleading ads to take a risk at current prices. Also, reverse image search using Google or TinEye is great to suss out bad actors/actresses. Don't trust "verified" photos, that doesn't mean shit. Good luck and definitely post reviews please.
If you're lucky, Ava Belle might be in town. She's Kelowna based, but comes to Kamloops at least once a month. Just search her name and you'll find lotsa positive reviews. Total pro.
