I don't know of any, I wish, sounds like a fun idea.
In case I was misinterpreted, they still do allow coed use of rooms in this place as couple, just not really friendly for sexual activity. If you were to take an actual female friend you know well and trust maybe you could get away with it. You'd have to appear as a legit couple and once in the room, keep the fun noise level down. The few rooms I've been to all have a 2nd service door (employees) and most doors don't lock either (for safety due to heat in case someone needs help), and not sound proof like I said. The Asian guy at the desk is often curious and asks a ton of questions making friendly conversation and is generally very high energy (sometimes I think he's actually on something) he walks around and checks on people often during your visit. Also they need your full legal names and waivers etc there so there is no privacy if one of you needs it.
