I suggest trimming with an electric shaver like the manscaper. Shaving can often lead to razor burn or ingrown hairs.

How do you feel about guys coming from work and needing a shower? Obviously should be arranged ahead, but is it a turn off? I work construction and can't go home to shower before hand for certain reasons....

No it's absolutely not a turn off We purchase everything gentlemen need to get clean for a reason.
