I agree, they do not seem to be that common. Sadly, I have not yet encountered a woman (civilian or sex worker) with extreme puffies like the ones in the pictures.

As with anything related to breasts, my answer is YES.

And I have been most fortunate over the years to meet a couple of women with these wonderful nipple areolar combinations. Incredibly distracting for a guy like me who really loves to fondle and nuzzle but so very very hot!!

I don’t think so.

For women who have inherited the elusive puffy gene, that is the natural state of their nipples, although I’m guessing a cold room would make them even more pronounced.

If I am not mistaken, pregnancy can also cause temporary puffiness.
