I'm not sure searching reveals anything useful. That first result has a 778 prefix (Mimi is 604), and is on the Manitoba board, the second one refers to the same 778 number, and the "Anber" link is from 2019 on the Kelowna board. Am I missing something?

I actually did search before i suggested to use search. What caught my eye was the first item on wand's list. The item reads like a carbon copy of the post in question. That, at least to me, raised a question of a micro using a generic add and picture set for different SP's in turn suggesting bait and switch or WOM.
