That’s why it’s not a good idea to use your real name or your personal phone number.

this previously happened to me. I was lucky as my phone number was not linked to my Facebook and all they were calling me by was my “fake” name. I figured the girl hit hard times or she had a new boyfriend/pimp who was trying to extort those in her text history

I actually wouldn’t block the number. I’d want to see what they were up to and know if they’d given up or not. NEVER reply though (and be suspect of future texts coming in from unknown numbers for a while)
