Getting back into this hobby after a long break. Need advice.

Alright so last time I went and saw an escort was 8+ years ago. There were a few that I saw that were great that will stay in my memories for the rest of my life. There were others that I only saw once because they were not memorable, and a few that were unpleasant experiences to the point I would have been better off never seeing them. So because of that, I decided to stop. This was also when I lived on the prairies so the escorts I saw were the ones touring, usually from Toronto.

I'm wanting to get back into it, but hesitant because of that fucking bill they passed.

I'm a guy that goes for the GFE, for companionship but now I have to worry about it being a cop. How do you know that it's a cop? Do you say you're just looking for the GFE and she initiates by grabbing your crotch, something that a cop wouldn't do?

Before when I did this hobby I did research of the escorts, looked for reviews, and I only went for verified escorts or to escorts agencies. Never went to backpage or LL, so I never had to worry about getting screwed over or anything.

The thing is, Iv'e read somewhere that cops bully and infiltrate escort agencies, and they have to comply or else they'll get shut down. So an escort in the agency could be a cop, basically to get a hobbyist. Is this true?

Worrying about your 'date' being law enforcement has me wondering about your paranoia!!
The police have so many other things to do than setting up a sting operation with an SP.
Pick out a few woman you would like to visit, search for reviews of them here, hone your selection and go for it.
Worry free.
I have been pooning for 5 decades, most of it in the GVRD and not once have I come across a sting operation. A few bad and not so good dates, but never any case where police were involved.

Search Cop or police in the search engine to see all the threads and discussions that will confirm that the cops don't waste time and energy with policing you or anyone else ... unless you would be dealing with a girl underage or trafficked .

Be safe and put minimum of 25/30 year old in your search parameters so that you solve 98% of your potential problem and fear.

I've never read of a sting operation being worked out of any incalls before. I've recalled being a bit afraid going to an AMP when I was younger, but nothing ever happens. You're more likely to be ripped off by a sketchy incall and being ripped off than being setup by cops. Even the SW scene been pretty cop free in the several years.

I’m in total agreement with the previous post but this reminded me of an incedent that happened when I was at a hotel in Richmond. Having a drink in the lounge a couple of SPs from a near by “massage parlour” worked the room. They were very hot so I pulled cash out of the machine, walked over to pay them a visit. It was one of my first ever paid for experiences. So I was nervous.
I pressed the buzzer but no one showed. They were supposed to be open so I stood for awhile then buzzed again. A few minutes go by and I was just about to turn and leave when the door flies open and I am greeted by uniformed Richmond / Vancouver female police officer.
OMG I just about shit my pants. I’m busted!
Step back Sir is all she said. Then out came a perpetrator hands cuffed and two officers behind him escorting him to the cruiser.
I don’t know how I didn’t see the cop car or I wouldn’t have rang their bell.
I was still standing there when a hand reached my arm and pulled me in the door.
She told me they had been looking for this guy for hurting SPs. The agencies had his photo so when he came in they recognized him and called the police. This leads me to think that the police in the Vancouver area have no interest in us johns, unless it is deserved.
