Those are definitely fake, unless her name and number are in it please count it as fake. I'm blinded by some guys on this page. It only makes sense, since older people are prone to scam calls and private parking tickets that claim they'll come after your credit. Both of them aren't real!
Also seems like more and more SPs are steeling pictures from other ads on other cities. I wish the SPs would start adding the city name to the pictures.
As long as their is $$$ involved. Someone out there will find a way to beat the system (at least until they are found out).
This hobby will always have newbies to be lured in by bad agencies/SP. this case steal pics from reputable SP or Instagram or some social media.

anyone new onto this hobby/ new to Perb. Use the wealth of knowledge available on this forum. Don’t think you are special & not going to get tricked, bait & switched on, or attacked & robbed. Stick with the golden rule check on Perb for the ad, then use google image to search the the pic on the ad. Of course common sense (aka: bs meter & too good to be true (tgtbt))
