Who do you recommend for large areolas? Minimum 3 inches wide.

That is something that can change so rapidly from a relaxed state and warm under garments when they are often at their largest to exposed to colder airflow or once the foreplay starts and the excitement will change them and made them contract. Hard one to judge. Some of us will have to recompute in our head to give you a good answer...
Often goes with the size but there are always exceptions...

athena rose 0242 advertises huge areolas.. haven't seen her. she does have a positive review however not much detail
