holy fuck this is a good amount of detail. I barely skimmed it but hey, shows how much work it takes to do this. so little of it is about actual sessions, I'd say they're only about 5% of what I do.

A great read for guys as well as ladies.

Note how easy it is to make an ass of yourself- on either side - if you try to look smarter than you are.
For ladies: blathering on about how mature you are when you are only 19. Or how highly educated you are while using bad grammer and making basic spelling mistakes.
For guys: usually trying to be a badass when you are really a milquetoast.

Keep It Simple Stupid.

I put 10 minutes into it and was only half way through, will return to read the rest. The lady who composed this should be part of any committee looking at proper legalization or decriminalization or destigmatization and this should probably be part of a manual for behaviour all around.
Thank you OP for finding and posting this.

Yes it is. .... probably to good to be true.... An 1200/hr escort giving away her business practice on a 450 person questionaire about an illegal activilty in most US states no matter what you are calling it "escorting" not prostituting or whoring....
So 2 years at 50K/month = 1.2 Million minus expenses (rent, clothes, advertizing etc)... ( an 50K month means at least 42 customers in 1 hr app. or 21 customers for 2 hour apps )
Why not work another 2 to 4 years and get some money in the bank for retirement...
What about putting away for a rainy day??
What the highest rate escort in Vancouver?

Thanks for posting. I enjoyed the statistical analysis! I saddened me that I would never pass screening with the author because I would never even consider giving a SP my ID. In fact the question itself would be a huge red flag for me. Most unfortunate, I look forward to the day when this kind of interaction is not repressed by the state.

I find higher end providers far more supportive of their peers. Most are pretty comfortable and don’t feel threatened by competitors.
Depends on the individual, but I see alot of SP supporting each other, depending on confidence and personality.
Maybe, but its the timeline of 2 years, and such excellent advice that picks at the back of my mind....
The survey is another spot for questions.
1. If it was only her customers, the data is incomplete due to all her customers being wealthy enough to afford her. So the data would be skewered.
2. This is done in the US, where in most states, escorting is illegal, so why would men fill that survey out?
3. Number of surveys is too small to get an overall demographic, under 500 surveys. Its like taking a poll in the republican stronghold where everyone votes republican... So again the survey would be skewed.
Its seems too perfect.

I am not into statistics. But, I do know this: I read it all and I learned alot about "me" ... change is on its way! 😉

I really enjoyed reading the article also. I’m not like most in that I really enjoy statistical analysis. So for me that article was particularly fascinating. I also found it insightful, I have been asked by providers before for a picture of my ID and/or work reference for screening purposes. I have never had an issue giving a provider this information, unlike some. In her article Aella lays out the purposes for doing this quite explicitly. She also spells out in detail how escorts communicate with each other in regards to referencing clients. I found this eye opening as well. The sex industry needs more providers like Aella!
