I want to watch Dune in an imax theatre but the only one I've been to had those terrible tiny seats (coquitlam, I think). Anyone know for sure any IMAX theatres that are actually good (spacious seats with powered lean back function)? Specifically the actual IMAX screens.

mmm I've never thought about it. I assume it's more expensive and 19+, so that might cut down on the more annoying movie goers (children, teens making noise, etc.). Have you been, is there any other benefits?
Great seats, large screen, alcohol and food ordered from your seat and brought to you before the start of the movie and great sound
hmm that's sounds worth a try at least once. Going with a few cheap friends this time though so maybe if I decide to watch Dune a second time haha
VIP can be nice but every seat in Park Royal is a leather recliner for normal prices. They do cheap Tuesdays as well. Nice place all around.
Used to be IMAX theatre in Canada Place, down at the end of the pier. Don't know if still there or not.
They checked at the entrance of the building for double vaccination, and everyone was wearing a mask.
