Gilles bay on Texada island. nice beach that it seems like only people that fly in there go to, its a 20min walk down the hill from the airport. rarely see people there.

Loved camping at Porteau Cove. Morning coffee with that view of Howe Sound is breathtakingly peaceful. If it wasn't for the odd train it would be perfect

I forgot about this one. Growing up, we used to spend many weekends spending the day here. This was before there was a campsite built.

So true! For first time boaters in the area, use extreme caution when navigating “the hole in the wall” passageway as there are huge whirlpools when the tides are running.
